Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g suar, fine
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • liter ⅛ rapeseed oil
  • liters ⅛ water

For covering:

  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 700 ml applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 500 g cream
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preparation of the oil cake:
  2. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks until frothy. Add flour and baking powder, gradually pour in oil and water. Finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg white.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
