Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 cans applesauce, thick
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon rum

- Knead the dough together on the board, roll out a good half, place on the baking tray as a base. Mix the apple sauce with the other ingredients and spread it on the dough base. Roll out the remaining dough and place on a grid, bake. Brush with rum glaze if you like. Baking time: approx. 30-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
- Another tip: cakes can be frozen very easily in portions.
