  • 750 g nectarine (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 4 cl schnapps (mirabelle plum)

Instructions

  1. Core and chop the apricots and nectarines, add the mirabelle brandy and sugar and leave to stand for 4 hours. Then let everything boil for 5-6 minutes and immediately pour into the prepared jars and close the lid.
