Ingredients
- 750 g apricot (s)
- 750 g nectarine (s)
- 500 g preservin suar, 3: 1
- 4 cl schnapps (mirabelle plum)

- Core and chop the apricots and nectarines, add the mirabelle brandy and sugar and leave to stand for 4 hours. Then let everything boil for 5-6 minutes and immediately pour into the prepared jars and close the lid.
