Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt, %
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 0.75 ¾ cup oil
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 ½ kg apricot (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yolks, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, slowly run in the oil, stir in the flour and baking powder mixture and fold in the snow.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cover the washed and halved apricots (also with plums).
  3. Bake at 180 C for approx. 25 minutes, allow to cool and sugar-free.
