Ingredients

  • g 1,000 apricot (s), diced
  • 500 g suar, brown
  • 1 pack Gelfix Extra 2:
  • 150 g marzipan, diced
  • 3 tablespoon amaretto

Apricot Jam with Marzipan Pieces

Instructions

  1. Dice marzipan, place on a tray and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Core and dice the apricots and place in a saucepan. Heat and simmer until soft.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and Gelfix Extra 2: 1 and stir into the apricots.
  4. Let simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally add the amaretto liqueur.
  5. Fill into glasses immediately and close.
