  • 1 ½ kg apricot (s)
  • 6 clove (s)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 liter brandy

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the fruits and cut them in half in a stone pot. Knock open 4 stones and cover everything with sugar. Pour the brandy over it, seal with foil. 4 weeks maturing time, filter and bottle.
