Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 3 tablespoon semolina
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Butter, breadcrumbs and sugar
  • Flour for hands
  • Plum (s), apricots or plums
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (quark to oil) together and let rest for 30 minutes. Cut out the dough with a tablespoon and press it flat with your floured hands. Fill with apricots or plums and shape into nice round dumplings. Then put the dumplings in salted, boiling water for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, heat a little butter in the pan, add breadcrumbs and a little sugar and roast. Roll the finished dumplings in it. Serve with powdered sugar.
  3. Tip: If the apricots or plums are still a bit tart, simply remove the core and add a lump of sugar.
