Ingredients
- 750 g dumplin douh from the refrierated shelf
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 100 g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- sugar
- 1 glass applesauce
- Cinnamon sugar
- oil
- butter

- Mix well the dumpling dough, quark, flour and eggs. If you like it sweet, you can add a little sugar now.
- Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Using a large tablespoon, add the batter to the pan. Immediately afterwards turn the mass and press it about 1 cm flat. Fry on both sides for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper. Continue with the rest of the mass.
- Serve the finished curd cheese with cinnamon and sugar and applesauce.
