Ingredients

  • 125 g apricot (s), dried
  • 125 g plum (s), dried
  • 125 g date (s), dried
  • 125 g pineapple, dried
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 500g flour
  • 1 point baking powder

For the glaze:

  • 200 g apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the dried fruit. Put the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, oil and milk in a bowl and stir. Mix the flour and baking powder, mix in portions with the quark and oil mixture. Finally knead in the dried fruits up to approx. 4 tablespoon (for decoration). Knead the dough with your hands on a lightly floured surface. Grease a loaf pan (length approx. 37 cm). Pour in the batter.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C (hot air approx. 160 ° C) for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Let cool slightly. Heat the jam and strain it through a sieve. Spread it on the bread and decorate with the remaining dried fruit.
