Ingredients
- 150 g quark
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 500 g broccoli
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 125 g ham, raw (Kat ham)
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 liter water

- Cut the broccoli into florets. Put on the water and add the broccoli florets when it boils. Boil the florets for about 6-10 minutes.
- Then prepare the quark oil dough. To do this, put the quark, milk, oil, egg and salt in a bowl. Then mix the ingredients with a whisk to make an even mixture. Then add the flour and baking powder. Knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer for about 3 minutes, so that a large lump of dough is formed.
- Then roll out the dough evenly on a baking sheet with a rolling pin. Spread the herb creme fraîche evenly on the rolled out dough.
- Spread the broccoli florets, corn and ham on top and sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
