Apricot Peach Milkshake

Apricot-peach milkshake – a milkshake with ice cream and fresh fruit, one of the most delicious summer desserts. This chilled drink is pleasantly refreshing on a hot day.

Ingredients
- Fresh peaches – 250 g
- Fresh apricots – 200 g
- Milk – 180 ml
- Creamy ice cream – 150 g
- Ice (optional) – 5 cubes
Choose the ripe and softest fruits for your cocktail.
Directions
- Wash apricots and peaches, remove seeds. Remove the skin if possible. Cut into pieces and place in a blender bowl.
- Grind the fruit into a completely smooth puree.
- Add ice cream.
- Beat well with a blender.
- Pour in cold milk and beat until bubbles form.
- Place ice cubes in a large glass.
- Pour the milkshake.
- Serve the apricot-peach milkshake immediately. Bon Appetit!
