  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 2 onions)

  • 8 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Knead minced beef + bread roll + pressed garlic + chicken broth.
  2. Then shape small walnut-sized balls from this dough. The oil for frying is heated in a coated pan and the meatballs are fried in it.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the onions into long strips. After the meatballs are done, take them out of the pan and add the onions to the pan and fry them lightly. Then the tomato paste is added with the water and a little salt. This is cooked for a few minutes. Finally, the meatballs are added to the sauce and served with yogurt.
