Ingredients
Unsalted butter (softened) – 100 g
Almond oil – 100 g
White sugar – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
Soda – 3/4 teaspoon.
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
Large egg – 1 pc.
Milk – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
Whole grain flour – 1 cup
White flour – 1 glass
White sugar – 3 tbsp

How to make macaroons:
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the butter and almond butter until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, soda, lemon juice, and salt to the oil mixture, beat well.
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the oil mixture beat well again. Then gradually add all the flour.
In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of white sugar and ground almonds. Form the dough into balls with a diameter of about 2.5 cm, roll in almond powder, put the macaroons on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a distance of 5 cm from each other.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the macaroons for 8-10 minutes. Drown one candy into the hot balls and chill the macaroons on the wire rack.
