- 250 g flour
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 300 g berries, (aronia berries)
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 180 g suar
- 150 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 300 g sour cream

- Wash the aronia berries.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and oatmeal in a bowl.
- Mix the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar and sour cream in another bowl. Stir in the flour mixture and carefully fold in the well-drained aronia berries. Grease the muffin tin or use molds. Pour the batter evenly into the wells. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
