  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 300 g berries, (aronia berries)
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 180 g suar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the aronia berries.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and oatmeal in a bowl.
  3. Mix the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla sugar and sour cream in another bowl. Stir in the flour mixture and carefully fold in the well-drained aronia berries. Grease the muffin tin or use molds. Pour the batter evenly into the wells. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
