Ingredients
- 250 g noodles, Mie noodles (e ribbon noodles)
- 2 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 small Chinese cabbage, approx. 50 g
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 250 g shrimp (s), frozen

- Cook the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet, rinse in cold water and drain.
- In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or in a large pan.
- Cut the spring onions into rings and the mushrooms into slices, dice the paprika.
- Sauté the vegetables in the oil for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In the meantime, cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips.
- Then add to the rest of the vegetables and sauté over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have lost a lot of their volume.
- Season with coriander, sambal oelek and pepper, deglaze with the soy sauce.
- Then mix in a bowl with the well-drained pasta.
- Fry the prawns in a little oil and mix with the salad.
- Goes well with meat marinated in Asia, for example.
