Ingredients
- 150 g leek
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 30 g iner
- 5 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 300 g minced beef
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 100 g noodles (Asian noodles), or more
- 150 g sprouts (mun bean sprouts)
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 ½ bunch coriander greens
- Sauce (seasoning sauce), Asian

- Halve the leek lengthways, cut the white and light green into fine strips. Peel the garlic and ginger, chop finely and mix with the soy sauce and sambal oelek.
- Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly, add the stock and bring to the boil. Add the pasta, sprouts and seasoning sauce and cook for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the coriander and sprinkle over it before serving.
