Ingredients
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 150 g peas (frozen), thawed
- 0.5 can ½ peanuts, roasted and salted
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 bottle chilli sauce, hot and sweet
- 2 packs ready mix for salad dressing (dill herbs)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek

- Finely grate the carrots. Sweat the onions with the garlic in the oil until translucent. Let cool a little and add to the carrots. Also add the peas and peanuts.
- Mix the dressing with the other ingredients and season to taste with the sambal oelek. Remember, the peanuts bring the salt!
