Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ Sriracha sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ agave syrup
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger, finely grated

- Process the cucumber into noodles with a Julienne grater or a spiralizer and place in a bowl.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the cucumber just before serving. Mix everything well and serve garnished with sesame seeds.
