Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast fillet (s), skinless and boneless
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g soba noodles or other thin noodles
- some oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
For the marinade:
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce, light
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 2 garlic clove (s), peeled, very finely diced
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, fresh, peeled, very finely diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil, light

- Mix the ingredients for the marinade, mix with the chicken breast cut into strips and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet, put in a sieve and drain. Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for two to three minutes, drain and drain as well.
- Heat some oil in a wok or pan. Lift the meat out of the marinade and stir-fry on all sides. Add the pasta and the rest of the marinade and, if necessary, add a little water. Fry the broccoli briefly separately so that it does not lose its color, and add to the meat and pasta. Season the dish to taste and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
