Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 100 g corn flakes
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon, chop the clove of garlic or put it through a garlic press, stir together with olive oil, honey, paprika powder, salt and pepper to a marinade.
  2. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry, cut into medallions and add to the marinade. Let it steep for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Whisk the eggs. Put the corn flakes in a freezer bag and crumble vigorously using a rolling pin. Divide the flour, eggs and corn flakes on three plates. Drain the chicken breast fillet pieces briefly, toss them first in flour, then in egg and then in cornflakes. Press the breading firmly.
  4. Fry in plenty of oil or briefly in a deep fryer until the pieces are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Great for children`s birthdays with fries or salad and various dips, but of course also for adults. The chicken breast fillets are also suitable cold for a picnic.
