Ingredients

  • 1 radish (s), white, peeled
  • 2 spring onions, cut into rolls with greens
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce, Asian
  • 2 tablespoon oil, (sesame oil)
  • 2 tablespoon coriander greens, cut
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted golden brown in a dry pan
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the radish lengthways and cut into pieces approx. 5cm long. Cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes, then rinse in cold water and cut into thin slices. Whip the soy and chilli sauce with the sesame oil, mix with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with the sesame.
  2. Let it steep for at least 1 hour.
  3. Add a baguette and a lean meal for two is ready.
