Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon honey (blossom honey)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste, -fold concentrated
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sherry
  • 2 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • 75 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple in pieces, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the starch with the water until smooth. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan until smooth. Heat, add starch-water mixture and bring to the boil.
  2. Goes as a sauce with all Asian dishes that are supposed to taste sweet and sour.
