Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lime (s), (juice and grated zest)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey, lighter
  • 250 g asparaus, white
  • 1 bunch rocket, (large)
  • 100 g ham, thinly sliced raw (Parma)

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil with the lime juice and zest. Season to taste with salt, pepper and honey.
  2. Cut the asparagus diagonally into fine slices. Mix with the marinade. Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Clean and dry the rocket. Mix the asparagus with the rocket.
  4. Serve with the ham.
  5. It goes well with Italian white bread and a young white wine.
