Ingredients
For the salad:
- 200 g iceber lettuce
- 100 g rocket
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, milder
- 4 tablespoon cooking oil, good
- 100 ml water
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- some sugar

- Clean, wash and spin dry the rocket and iceberg lettuce. Pluck the iceberg lettuce into small pieces or cut into strips. Remove the hard stalks from the rocket.
- Prepare a salad dressing from water, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar and mix well. Mix the sauce with the salad.
