Ingredients

  • 450 g puff pastry, frozen
  • 800 g asparaus, white and reen
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 sachet ready-mix for hollandaise sauce
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 slices ham, cooked

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Cut the asparagus into pieces, peel the white first. Boil the white asparagus in spiced water for 8 minutes, add the greens, cook for 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Stir in 1/8 l asparagus water sauce hollandaise with a whisk, bring to the boil. Withdraw cream cheese over low heat.
  3. Pre-bake the dough for 7 minutes at 220 degrees. Brush with the sauce, add asparagus and pieces of ham and bake for about 10 minutes.
