- 1 kg asparagus
- 100 g butter
- 1 bunch spring onions, possibly
- 4 clove (s) garlic, possibly more
- sea-salt
- pepper
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- some dill or thyme

- Peel the asparagus as usual. Place a 25 g piece of butter on each of the 4 large pieces of aluminum foil in the upper third. Stack 250 g of asparagus (and possibly the cleaned spring onions) on top. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and pour over them.
- Season everything with sea salt, pepper and lemon juice. If you want, you can add a sprig of dill or thyme to the package.
- Now fold the foil over and under the asparagus. Place the two sides face up against each other and roll them up downwards. Cook the parcels on a baking sheet in an oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 - 40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the bar and the desired softness).
- When opening, carefully roll up the folded one and slide the asparagus with the deliciously fragrant garlic butter sauce onto the plate. Baguette goes well with it.
