Ingredients

  • 1 kg asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)

For the sauce:

  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil the asparagus and let it cool. Add eggs, tangerines and spring onions (cut into rings). Mix with salt and sugar. Mix all ingredients for the sauce one after the other and pour over the asparagus.
  2. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread and tomatoes.
