Ingredients
- 125 ml vegetable stock, as fresh as possible, otherwise organic instant stock
- 125 ml milk, depending on your taste
- 2 egg yolks, neatly separated (organic)
- 50 g butter (oranic)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, (Mondamin)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (organic), squeezed, possibly more
- 1 pinch black pepper
