Ingredients
- 1 carrot (s)
- 100 g zucchini
- 1 apple
- 1 pear (s)
- 2 carnation (s)
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon flavor, (orange sugar)
- 2 tablespoon water
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 150 g low-fat quark
- Syrup, or honey

- Finely grate the carrot and zucchini. Peel the apple and pear and cut into small cubes. Simmer with the cloves, vanilla pod, cinnamon, orange sugar and 2 tablespoon water for about 15 minutes over medium heat with the lid closed, until the mixture is creamy. Set aside and let cool. Remove the cloves and vanilla pod.
- Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark. Sweeten with syrup or honey as desired. Layer the quark and compote alternately in dessert glasses.
