Avocado and Apple Quark Cream with Pecan Topping

• 2 small avocado (s)
• 1 apple
• 200 g quark
• 2 tablespoon cream (milk is also possible)
• Coconut blossom syrup
• 4 pecans

Instructions

1. Halve and core the avocados and scoop out the pulp. Possibly cut smaller. Halve the apple, remove the core and cut as small as necessary for the puree. Mix the avocado, apple, quark and cream together, puree and sweeten as desired.
2. Fill into glasses and serve garnished with the nuts.
