Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, green
- 4 avocado (s)
- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 2 dashes olive oil
- 2 shots balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) sea salt
- 1 dash rapeseed oil
- 1 splash lime juice

- Wash the asparagus, cut off the lower (woody) third, cut into approx. 2 - 3 parts and fry in a little rapeseed oil, lightly salt and add a little lime juice.
- Peel and chop the avocado and place in a bowl, sprinkle the corn over the top, chop the mozzarella and serve in the middle.
- Sprinkle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, sprinkle some salt on top and finally top with the fried asparagus.
- Delicious with grilled meat or white bread, perfect for the summer.
