- 1 avocado (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), possibly more
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch (s) salt and pepper
- sugar
- 1 teaspoon, leveled chilli flakes

- Halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and pour the juice of half a lemon over it in a mixing bowl. This not only serves the fruity taste, but also prevents the avocado from tarnishing. Peel and add the garlic.
- Puree with a hand blender and season with salt, pepper, sugar and, if necessary, lemon juice. Finally mix in the chilli flakes.
