- 3 avocado (s)
- 3 pear (s)
- 2 lime (s)
- 75 g parmesan cheese
- 50 g pine nuts
- Oil, pumpkin seed oil or good olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without fat!). Halve, core and peel the avocado and pear. Quarter and cut into thin slices.
- Place the slices alternately on plates and drizzle with the lime juice and pumpkin seed oil. Slice the parmesan into wafer-thin slices and sprinkle with it. Pour pine nuts over it. Season with salt and pepper.
