Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the avocado and puree in a blender.
  2. Mix the goat cream cheese with avocado pulp in a bowl. Mix in the cream, lemon juice, olive oil and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Goes well with grilled food and fondue.
