Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 1 packet cherry tomato (s)
  • some sea salt
  • some black pepper
  • some olive oil, good
  • 1 bowl garden cress (organic)

Instructions

  1. Remove the peel from the avocado - either peel it off or carefully remove the avocado with a tablespoon. Then cut into slices and serve on the plate.
  2. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and spread on the plate. Drizzle with the olive oil, season with a little sea salt and pepper. Spread the garden cress generously over it.
  3. It can be served as a vegetarian main course with wholemeal bread or something similar or as an accompaniment to meat.
