Ingredients

  • 200 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 sachet mozzarella
  • 3 walnuts
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • parsley
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and shake dry. Cut the avocado and mozzarella into slices. First put the lamb`s lettuce in a bowl, then the avocado slices and finally the mozzarella slices.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice in a measuring cup to taste. Season to taste with pepper and salt. For the dressing, chop the parsley and basil (except for a little bit to garnish). Pour the dressing over the salad. Scatter the remaining herbs and roughly chopped walnuts over the salad.
