- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 sachet mozzarella
- 3 walnuts
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- Lemon juice
- parsley
- basil
- salt and pepper

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce and shake dry. Cut the avocado and mozzarella into slices. First put the lamb`s lettuce in a bowl, then the avocado slices and finally the mozzarella slices.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice in a measuring cup to taste. Season to taste with pepper and salt. For the dressing, chop the parsley and basil (except for a little bit to garnish). Pour the dressing over the salad. Scatter the remaining herbs and roughly chopped walnuts over the salad.
