Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- some pepper from the mill

- Core the avocado and use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp. Squeeze the garlic clove, add olive oil, mustard, salt, lemon juice and pepper and mash everything with a fork and mix.
- Tastes delicious on freshly baked, crispy bread.
