Instructions

  1. Core the avocado and use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp. Squeeze the garlic clove, add olive oil, mustard, salt, lemon juice and pepper and mash everything with a fork and mix.
  2. Tastes delicious on freshly baked, crispy bread.
