Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ bunch rocket
  • 0.5 ½ head lettuce (s)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • some sunflower seeds
  • 200 g chicken breast, (oranic)
  • Oil, for frying

For the dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemongrass paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 1 dash Worcester sauce
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • Chilli flakes
  • some salt and pepper
  • 150 g yourt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into slices.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing and season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Worcester sauce and chilli flakes and let it steep for about half an hour.
  3. Put the plucked lettuce and the halved tomatoes in a large bowl. Peel the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add the sunflower seeds and dressing to prevent the avocado from turning brown.
  4. Finally fry the meat together with plenty of oil until it is cooked through. Garnish the finished salad with the fried chicken breast strips and serve.
