  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, cut into small pieces, according to taste, e.g., parsley, coriander, chives,
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the avocado. Process the pulp together with the sheep`s cheese in the blender`s chopper and pour the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped onion, the diced garlic, a dash of lemon and the herbs and mix. Add the yoghurt and oil to achieve the desired consistency. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
