  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoon pesto Genovese, homemade or from the glass
  • 1 spring onion (s), possibly
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and dice the avocado (it should give a little under pressure, then it is ripe). Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Dice the cheese, cut the spring onion into rings.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl, then stir in the pesto and season with salt and pepper.
