Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe, soft
  • 200 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • 3 tomato (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 handfuls basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the core and skin from the avocado and place the pulp with the pressed garlic and crème fraîche in a high bowl. Puree with the hand blender until a creamy cream is obtained.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper and serve with hot pasta such as farfalle or spaghetti.
  3. The salsa is sufficient for approx. 500 g of pasta.
