  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ small bell pepper (s)
  • 30 g cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, milk and flour with the hand mixer. The mass should be thick, add more flour or milk if necessary. Core the tomatoes and peppers and cut into small pieces. So does the cheese. Mix all the ingredients together.
