Ingredients

8 slices bacon
2 slices toast
20 g cheese
pepper

Instructions

Arrange 4 bacon slices side by side on a work surface.
Place 1 slice of toast in the center of the bacon.
Spread the cheese over the toast.
Place the second slice of toast on top.
Fold the ends of the 4 bacon slices over and around the toast.
Arrange the remaining 4 bacon slices side by side on top of the wrapped toast.
Fold the ends of the top bacon slices down and under to fully enclose the sandwich.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the bacon-wrapped toast on both sides for 3-4 minutes per side until the bacon is crispy.
