Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese, rainier
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon quark
- 80 g bacon (pork belly)
- 2 tablespoon broth
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon mustard, granulated
- 2 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Chervil, plucked
- Iodized salt
- pepper

- Finely dice the pork belly and leave it out with a little broth. Finely chop the spring onion. Mix the cream cheese well with the yoghurt, quark and sour cream.
- Add the pork belly, spring onions, horseradish, mustard, chives, parsley and chervil, season with iodized salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
- Finally mix in the finely chopped garlic.
