- 800 g potato (s), medium-sized
- 100 grams bacon
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter

- Boil the potatoes for approx. 20 minutes, rinse in cold water, peel.
- Wrap the potatoes in bacon and pinch them if necessary. Fry the potatoes in the heated clarified butter for approx. 5 minutes.
