Baguette Pies “Lazy Wife”

Very easy to prepare dish! Baguette pies with mushrooms and cheese are prepared quickly, simply, from available products. At the same time, the dish is nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Baguette – 1 pc.
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream (15%) – 3 tablespoon.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 tooth
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the baguette into pieces 5-7 cm wide. Take out the crumb from each piece, but in such a way that the bottom remains. We put it in a heat-resistant form, oiled.
  2. Cooking the filling. Chop the mushrooms finely.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic.
  4. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Fry mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a pan. Add sour cream and spices (pepper, salt) 5 minutes before cooking.
  6. Fill baguette blanks with filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
