Very easy to prepare dish! Baguette pies with mushrooms and cheese are prepared quickly, simply, from available products. At the same time, the dish is nutritious and delicious!

Ingredients
Baguette – 1 pc.
Champignons – 200 g
Cheese – 100 g
Sour cream (15%) – 3 tablespoon.
Onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 tooth
Vegetable oil – 50 g
Salt, pepper – to taste
Directions
Cut the baguette into pieces 5-7 cm wide. Take out the crumb from each piece, but in such a way that the bottom remains. We put it in a heat-resistant form, oiled.
Cooking the filling. Chop the mushrooms finely.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Fry mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a pan. Add sour cream and spices (pepper, salt) 5 minutes before cooking.
Fill baguette blanks with filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
