Ingredients
- 180 g biscuit (s) (chocolate biscuits, e.. Oreo), crumbled
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 60 g butter, melt
For the filling:
- 675 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 25 g flour
- 3 egg (s)
- 120 g sour cream or sour cream
- 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream

- Mix the first three ingredients and press them onto the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm diameter). Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 ° C. Increase the temperature to 230 ° C.
