Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate, dark chocolate
  • 1 liter coffee, boiled, hotter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 0.25 liter ¼ Baileys Irish Cream
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Coarsely break the chocolate. Heat the coffee and sugar in a saucepan. Melt the chocolate in it. Add the liqueur and heat (do not boil!).
  2. Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Pour the coffee into cups or glasses, put the cream on top and dust with cocoa.
