Ingredients
- 1 kg mascarpone
- 250 g powdered suar
- 5 cups sour cream
- 2 glasses sour cherries, drained
- 5 packs vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ bottles Baileys Irish Cream

- Mix all ingredients except for the sour cherries with a hand mixer. Finally fold in the drained sour cherries. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for approx. 3 - 4 hours before consumption.
