Ingredients

  • 1 kg mascarpone
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 2 glasses sour cherries, drained
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bottles Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the sour cherries with a hand mixer. Finally fold in the drained sour cherries. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for approx. 3 - 4 hours before consumption.
